We would like to inform you that courier delivery times typically take about 7-10 business days. However, during busy periods, such as holidays or sales events, delays can occur, and delivery times may be longer than usual. Unfortunately, once your package is in the hands of the courier, we have no control over these delays.

Please also note that we don't have any stock on our premises. This means as you order your perfume we order stock from our warehouse. 

We kindly ask that all interactions remain respectful and professional. While we understand frustrations can arise, please note that rude behaviour will not be tolerated as we strive to maintain a positive and respectful environment for all our customers.

Additionally, we would like to clarify that courier companies are separate entities from our business, and unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by them. We always strive to ensure that orders are processed and shipped promptly, but once the package arrives and leaves our premises, it is in the hands of the courier service.

Delivery times may vary, and any delays beyond our control are something we cannot influence.

  • We make every effort to display the products as accurately as possible. However, colors and images may vary slightly depending on your device settings.
  • Orders are subject to acceptance, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. However, this does not mean the order is confirmed or processed until payment has been processed and verified.
  • Prices are in South African Rand and may be subject to change without notice.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues due to incorrect address information.
  • You agree to use our website for lawful purposes and not to engage in any behavior that could damage, disable, or impair the website.
  • We do not tolerate rude or abusive behavior in any form. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our code of conduct.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated version will take effect immediately upon posting.

 

  • PLEASE NOTE:These are proper Alcohol based AAA graded replica perfumes (not water or oil based), sealed and boxed in the same packaging as the original (with minor differences). They are in the same packaging as the original product that you know and love. When we say in the same packaging this means that they are not replica boxes or bottles, but the look may differ slightly as the bottles and packaging changes over the years
  • In certain cases small defects may be present (damage to the box or loose/broken cap or small scratches, small amount of leaking), but in most cases they are 100% perfect. We also do not refund on these small defects
  • At times the concentrate or smell may differ slightly due to different Manufacturing outlets and alcohol bases used. It is hard to say how long the smell will last as at times you could get one that last longer than another time.
  • They are Manufactured with original ingredients, just with less alcohol and more pure ingredients and inspired by the Original brands.
  • Note that you are purchasing the fragrances at discounted prices and have knowledge of what the fragrances are all about.
  • These products are sold cheaper as they are made with cheaper materials and therefore may have some defects or smell. In most cases they don’t and we try to give you high quality, but there may be the odd one.
  • PLEASE NOTE:Unfortunately we don't do refunds or returns (Returns will only take place when the wrong product has arrived and is still sealed) Please contact us if so order happens to be incorrect. We try our absolute best to ensure products are correct
